Lube Shop TECH – Part Time (Full Time Permanent)

Popular Lube is hiring a Full-time, permanent Lube & Tire Tech to run daily shop operations.

Monday to Friday

9.30 am to 6 pm

Duties

- Open/close shop and manage daily operations
- Customer service and service recommendations
- Oil & filter changes
- Rustproofing
- Tire work: on-rim and off-frame (mounting/balancing)
- Handle sales, invoices, and credit card transactions

Requirements

- Lube/auto service experience
- Strong tire knowledge (on rim & off-rims)
- Leadership and staff training skills
- Sales-minded, reliable, punctual
- Adaptable availability, including weekends
- Long-term commitment required

Offer

- Base pay + commission
- Bi-weekly direct deposit
- Year-round employment
