Duties

- Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and conducting interviews to build a high-performing team.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality standards are met consistently.
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including POS (Point of Sale) systems like Micros POS for order processing and cash handling procedures.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices to maintain a safe dining workplace.
- Monitor customer service quality by engaging with guests, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Supervise food service activities such as serving, bartending, barista duties, and kitchen operations to optimize efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the restaurant environment.




- Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximize profitability.

Skills

- Proven supervisory experience in restaurant or food service environments with strong team management skills.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for transactions and order tracking.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally.
- Strong leadership qualities with experience in interviewing and training staff members.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to manage cash handling accurately and efficiently.
- Experience in hospitality settings such as hotels or bars is a plus; bartending or barista experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of the food industry trends and restaurant management best practices.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
