Responsibilities

- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvements and technological enhancements.
- Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards using tools such as Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators and trends.
- Collaborate within Agile project teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned with business goals, adhering to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) best practices.
- Design and maintain databases using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or similar platforms; write complex SQL queries to extract meaningful insights.
- Conduct data analysis using R, Python, VBA, and Bash (Unix shell) scripting to support decision-making processes.
- Create detailed process diagrams and workflows utilizing Visio; facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
- Support project management activities by tracking progress, managing timelines,



and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.

Skills & Qualifications

- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI for creating compelling dashboards.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies for flexible project execution.
- Solid experience in project management principles to coordinate multiple initiatives effectively.
- Knowledge of SDLC processes for software development projects from initiation through deployment.
- Expertise in database design, development, and management with Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or similar systems.
- Programming skills in R, Python, VBA, and Bash (Unix shell) for advanced data analysis tasks.
- Business analysis capabilities including requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and process modeling.
- Familiarity with analysis tools like Visio for process mapping; experience with analytics platforms is a plus.
- Excellent SQL skills for querying large datasets efficiently; ability to optimize database performance is desirable.

Pay: $51,424.78-$108,818.79 per year
