At Level Up Music School, we do things a little differently. Our motto is: “Have fun while being the best.” That means we’re laid-back, but we also expect our teachers to be rockstars.

We lean contemporary, everything from Taylor Swift to Metallica, and our concerts are an experience students (and parents) will never forget.

A Few Things You’ll Need

- Availability Monday–Friday from 2–9 PM and Saturday from 10 AM–4 PM: That’s when our students are ready to rock.
- Strong stylistic versatility: You’re comfortable teaching contemporary styles such as Rock, Pop, Funk, R&B;, and more. Bonus if you can also teach Jazz, Latin, Metal, or other specialized styles.
- Strong musical foundations: You can teach technique, timing, groove, coordination, dynamics, rudiments, reading, and how to play confidently with other musicians.
- A collaborative mindset: You work well with colleagues, respect structure, and contribute positively to a shared teaching environment. You’re ready to continuously learn and grow,



regardless of your years of experience.
- A focus on long-term student growth and retention: You take pride in keeping students engaged, motivated, progressing, and excited to return each week.
- A big heart and a genuine love for mentoring kids through music and life.
