Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and presentation standards, ensuring quality and consistency.

- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
- Serve customers at the counter or dining area with friendly, prompt service, taking orders accurately and handling transactions as a cashier.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, cooking equipment, and dining areas in compliance with health regulations.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and prevent contamination throughout all stages of meal preparation.




- Support team members during busy periods by multitasking effectively and staying organized under pressure.

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety protocols.
- Solid understanding of food handling practices to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met consistently.
- Excellent serving skills with the ability to engage positively with customers and handle transactions accurately as a cashier.
