Medical Clinic Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our medical clinic team.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a busy healthcare environment, communicating with patients, and handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Must-Have Qualifications

- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English — both are required for daily work communication
- Comfortable communicating professionally with patients in both English and Mandarin
- Robust basic computer skills
- Comfortable with English typing
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- Able to independently assess and solve basic problems
- Accurate, detail-oriented, and organized
- Able to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
- Excellent patient service and communication skills
- Open to feedback and willing to learn
- Reliable and punctual
- Understands the importance of patient privacy and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

- Previous experience working in a medical clinic, dental office,



pharmacy, or other healthcare setting
- Experience with OSCAR or other EMR systems
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology
- Appointment scheduling experience
- Experience handling referrals, faxes, and medical documents
- Basic knowledge of OHIP and medical billing
- Cantonese language skills are preferred
- Additional language skills are an asset
