Chiropractic office receptionist needed.

Receptionist required for busy, well-established Barrhaven Chiropractic and Massage Therapy clinic.

26 hours/week

Tuesday: 7:30 AM -2:30 PM

Wednesday: 12:30 PM - 7:00 PM

Thursday: 12:30 PM - 7:00 PM

Friday: 7:30 AM - 1:30 PM

Duties include but are not limited to: general customer service, greeting patients, appointment scheduling, payment processing, insurance billing, word processing, correspondence and light daily housekeeping.

Qualifications: Office Administration Diploma (or in pursuit of) or equivalent experience.

Assets not required but valuable:

- Knowledge of Chiropractic

- Previous related office experience (preferably in healthcare)

- Computer knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel and Jane App clinic management





- Third party insurance billing

Required education:

- High school or equivalent minimum

Pay: $33,000.00 per year
