Accounts Receivable (full time, permanent position)

About Next Floor,

Next Floor Inc. is a supplier of flooring products, based just out Waterloo in Conestogo, Ontario. (www.nextfloor.net). The company needs add to its team to build its capabilities in administration, reporting and accounting control to keep up with rapid sales and product line growth.

This job is full time, 9 – 5 Monday to Friday in a small office setting.

This position reports directly to the Credit manager.

Responsibilities

- Post incoming payments from customers.
- Prepare and post company Mastercard transactions.
- Prepare and post monthly salesperson expenses.
- Contact customer with delinquent accounts
- Other financial tasks as required.

Basic Qualifications

Excellent organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills

· Proven analytical skills and attention to detail

· Ability to prioritize and organize workload to meet deadlines

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Pay: $43,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
