Position Summary

The successful candidate will provide end-to-end customer service, working with clients from the initial concept through design, construction, and occupancy of their new home, including after-sales support (if needed).

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Completion of College, University, or Technical Training in an Architectural Drafting Program.
- Experience: 2 years or more in a related field.
- Language: Full proficiency in English (Speaking, Reading, and Writing).
- Specialization: Expertise in Architectural Drafting and Construction Estimating.

Technical & Specific Skills

- Drafting: Proficiency in Computer Aided Drafting (CAD), Softplan, Revit.
- Design: Ability to prepare residential and small commercial designs and a thorough understanding of the National Building Code.
- Software:



Knowledge and use of various computer hardware and software such as: Monday.com, Exaktime, PDF Architect, etc.

Skilled Competencies

- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organization: Effective time management, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Soft Skills: Problem-solving, decision-making, critical thinking, and the ability to work well with others and work independently with minimal supervision.

Work Environment

- Pace: Fast-paced environment at times with tight schedules and deadlines.
- Setting: Primarily a sitting office environment, supplemented by frequent job sites and customer visits.
