Job Description: Fine Dining Japanese Cuisine Server

We are seeking a refined and dynamic Full-Time / Part-Time Server to join our team at Wasabi Modern Kitchen. We pride ourselves on offering an authentic, upscale Japanese dining experience featuring high-quality ingredients and premium service.

As a server in our establishment, you will play a crucial role in creating a sophisticated and memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional, professional service while presenting our high-end Japanese menu and premium beverage selection with precision.
- Offer expert menu recommendations, explaining dish concepts and pairings to guests in a refined, courteous manner.
- Maintain strict adherence to our professional Dress Code and Grooming Standards (neat, polished, and all-black/formal attire required) to reflect our high-end brand image.
- Manage high-value dining sections efficiently, ensuring prompt table maintenance, precise clearing, and a seamless guest flow.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations with the highest degree of professionalism.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to maintain our standards for a premium dining atmosphere.

Requirements:





- Previous server experience in a high-volume, upscale, or fine-dining setting is strongly preferred.
- Solid knowledge of Japanese cuisine, sushi, sake, and dining etiquette.
- Commitment to high personal presentation and professional dress standards.
- Outstanding communication, active listening, and customer interaction skills.
- Strong ability to multitask while maintaining poise under pressure during peak service hours.
- Adaptable availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
