Key Responsibilities

- Customer Consultations: Guide customers through the financing and leasing process with transparency, professionalism, and care.
- Product Presentation: Effectively present and sell value-add protection products (extended warranties, gap insurance, service packages, etc.).
- Loan Processing: Accurately prepare finance paperwork, submit credit applications to lending partners, and secure competitive financing approvals.
- Deal Compliance: Ensure all financial and legal documents comply with local regulations, dealership policies, and privacy standards.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless and efficient delivery process for every vehicle buyer.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in automotive sales,



retail banking, financial services, or customer service.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and verbal communication skills with a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Detail-Oriented: Highly organized with a strong head for numbers and meticulous attention to documentation.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning and navigating dealership management systems (DMS) and CRM software.
- Drive: A competitive, self-motivated mindset with a strong desire to hit and exceed performance targets.
- Valid driver's license and a clean abstract are required.
