At Green Merchant, we’re a proudly local, independently owned business committed to providing Toronto with outstanding service and expert cannabis guidance. We’re currently seeking a Part time Budtender & Cannabis Educator who shares our passion and wants to grow with us.

As a key member of our team, you’ll do more than assist customers; you’ll educate, inspire, and help create a welcoming environment where every guest feels confident in their choices.

What You’ll Do:

- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service
- Act as a knowledgeable resource on cannabis products
- Guide customers in selecting products that suit their preferences and needs
- Process sales and handle cash using POS systems
- Support inventory management and restocking
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
- Participate in community outreach and brand-building initiatives





What We’re Looking For:

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting
- Ability to self-motivate during quiet periods in store
- High attention to detail and solid basic math skills
- Availability for evenings and weekends (required)
- Valid CanSell certification (required)
- Ability to pass a police background check (required)
- Previous cannabis experience or education is an asset

Shifts available will be mostly evenings and weekends.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
