Duties

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine painting requirements and specifications
- Apply paint, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, spray guns, and power tools with precision and care
- Perform drywall repairs, caulking, and surface restoration to create smooth, flawless walls
- Use rigging techniques and hand tools to access hard-to-reach areas safely and efficiently
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality
- Communicate clearly with team members and clients to ensure expectations are met or exceeded





Experience

- Proven construction experience with a focus on drywall installation, restoration, or painting projects
- Skilled in construction painting across residential, commercial, and industrial environments
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, caulking techniques, and rigging procedures
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to working at heights and using scaffolding or ladders
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and providing excellent customer service
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete projects on schedule
