Willy's Trucking Service is an Alberta based LTL transportation company operating across multiple locations in Alberta and Northern BC. Our fleet supports daily freight operations across our network, making equipment reliability, safety and availability critical to what we do.

We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to take ownership of the maintenance, reliability and readiness of our commercial fleet.

Responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance across multiple locations, managing service providers, controlling repair costs, maintaining accurate records and ensuring Operations has secure, compliant and reliable equipment available when needed.

Will Own:

- Preventative Maintenance, inspections and regulatory compliance
- Repair planning,



prioritization and follow through
- Vendor performance, estimates, invoices and maintenance costs
- Equipment downtime, condition and availability
- Maintenance records, reporting and upcoming requirements
- Communication with Operations on equipment status and risks

We're looking for someone with strong mechanical knowledge and fleet or heavy equipment experience who is organized, proactive and accountable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
