Front Desk Associate (Seasonal, Full-Time)

Location: Mansfield Ski Club – On-site only
Position: December 8th, 2025 - March 29th, 2026
Hours: Regular season: Wednesday–Sunday; working throughout the December holiday break (closed Christmas Day and New Years Day), Family Day and throughout March Break. Shift start time midweek is 8:15 am and 7:45 am on weekends.

Compensation: The payrate is $18.00 per hour

About the Role:
Mansfield Ski Club is seeking an energetic and personable Front Desk Associate to join our team for the winter season. As the first point of contact for members and guests, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming experience at the club.

This fast-paced, customer-facing role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort using point-of-sale systems. You’ll assist with a variety of front-line administrative tasks including processing payments, handling phone and email inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth member and guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional service to our members and their guests.




- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Handle cashing out procedures and maintain balanced till records.
- Answer phones and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to support member and guest requests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Strong computer skills and experience using POS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Confident handling cash and payment transactions.
- Positive, outgoing, and skilled demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) an asset.
- Previous experience working in a private club setting is an asset.
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to thrive in a quick-paced environment.
