Overview

Ramen Bella is looking for a reliable and hardworking Line Cook / Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. We are a ramen restaurant seeking someone who can work efficiently, stay organized, and maintain high standards for food quality and cleanliness.

This position is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of kitchen experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.

Experience working in Japanese or Korean kitchens is required.

Job Type

Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients for daily service, including chopping, portioning, marinating, and organizing prep items
- Cook and plate menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards
- Support smooth kitchen operations during service hours
- Maintain consistency, speed, and quality in food preparation
- Follow all food safety, sanitation,



and workplace safety procedures
- Keep kitchen stations, tools, and equipment clean and organized
- Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating inventory properly
- Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service

Qualifications

- 1 to 3 years of kitchen experience preferred
- Experience in a restaurant kitchen is strongly preferred
- Able to work well under pressure in a busy service environment
- Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and teamwork
- Basic understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
- Experience working in Japanese or Korean kitchens is required.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
