Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Welder with CWB in SMAW to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in the commercial market, with the ability to read blueprints and work with various hand tools and machinery. You will be responsible for the assembly and installation of metal structures, ensuring safety and quality standards are met throughout the process.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and layout for metal structures.
- Fabricate and assemble metal components using welding techniques and hand tools.
- Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements





- Proficiency in welding techniques and fabrication processes.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various hand tools and machinery.
- Ability to read blueprints accurately and perform basic math calculations related to measurements and angles.
- Experience with machining processes is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to safety practices.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.

Pay: $25.00-$43.00 per hour

Experience:

- Ironworking: 2 years (preferred)
