Harmonia Therapy Center is a growing private mental health practice located in Chateauguay, Quebec, dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based, client-centered care. We are expanding our team and are looking for a trauma-informed Social Worker, Psychotherapist or Psychologist who is passionate about helping individuals heal and grow.

This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician looking to build or expand a private practice while receiving administrative and marketing support in a collaborative environment.

Position Type

- Independent Contractor
- Hybrid: In-person and Virtual
- Minimum availability of 5 hours

Qualifications

- Master's degree (or Doctorate, where applicable)
- Licensed and in positive standing with the appropriate professional order
- Authorized to practice independently in Quebec
- Skilled liability insurance
- Experience providing counselling to adolescents and/or adults
- Bilingualism (English/French) is not required but is considered a strong asset.

Applicants with specialized trauma training will be given preference, including training in:

- EMDR
- Internal Family Systems (IFS)
- Somatic Experiencing
- Trauma-Focused CBT
- Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)




- Other evidence-based trauma treatment approaches

Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality therapy services
- Complete clinical documentation in Jane App
- Maintain ethical and professional standards
