You're the person who sees a broken automation and fixes it before anyone asks. You've built funnels that converted and you can prove it. You use AI every day and it's already changed how you work.

You've probably been the most capable marketing person in a room where nobody else understood what you actually do. And you're looking for a place where that matters.

That's who we're hiring.

What we need

One person to own the systems between an ad click and a booked sales call.

That means GoHighLevel, Zapier, and how they connect to Close CRM. Landing pages, opt-in pages, VSL funnels. Email and SMS sequences. Lead tracking and routing so we actually know what's working.

Right now that work is split across too many people, and it shows. Leads come in and don't always make it to the CRM. We have automations running from tools we no longer use. Our email list has 42,000 people on it and we can only reach a fraction of them because of a technical issue we're still cleaning up.

None of it is hard to fix. It just needs an owner.

About half your time is the paid funnel side — building and maintaining what supports our ad spend. The other half is email, SMS, social execution, and the organic side, which we've barely touched.

Who this is for

You've done a bit of everything — funnels, email, SMS, social. You won't have a team under you on day one. You're it.

You're detail-oriented to the point where it bothers you. A wrong tag or a broken redirect costs real money in a system like ours.

You ship fast. You'd rather run three tests this week than plan one perfect campaign for next month.

You want more than this role. As we grow, this seat becomes Head of Marketing. We're hiring with that in mind.

How we'll measure it

Two numbers:

- Qualified booked sales calls per month
- Cost per qualified booked call, trending down each quarter





We track other things — opt-in rates, email performance, funnel drop-off — but those are diagnostics. The bonus is tied to booked calls.

Requirements

- 4+ years hands-on in marketing automation, funnel building, or growth marketing
- Real GoHighLevel and Zapier experience. This is the part we won't compromise on.
- You've built funnels and landing pages that converted, and you can show us
- You've written and sent email and SMS campaigns at volume
- Comfortable troubleshooting integrations, webhooks, and CRM data when something breaks
- You use AI tools daily — our team builds funnels and writes copy with Claude and similar tools
- Based in Canada and legally able to work here

Painter Growth is a coaching and business development company. We work with painting contractors across North America, helping them build businesses that make money and don't depend on the owner being on the tools.

We're not a big team. We move fast, we test a lot, and we don't spend much time on things that don't make a measurable difference.

Compensation

- Up to $80,000 CAD base
- $100,000+ OTE with bonus tied to booked calls
- Remote
- You'll report to our Head of Growth and work directly with our CEO

Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
