THE ROLE:
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant for a contract opportunity to support a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation and finance transformation initiative. This role will play a key part in ensuring a smooth migration from the current ERP system to Business Central, supporting data validation, and hands on accounting duties.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with accounting and finance activities related to the Business Central implementation
Support data validation, reconciliation, and migration efforts
Maintain month-end and year-end reporting processes during the ERP transition
Partner with internal stakeholders and external consultants to address implementation requirements
Monitor financial accuracy and identify opportunities for process improvements
Provide hands-on support for ongoing accounting operations and special projects

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
CPA designation preferred
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Previous ERP implementation or system migration experience required
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, account reconciliations, and general accounting principles
Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and external partners
