Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Wild Fig. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our food offerings. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to our menu specifications and recipes
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets our high-quality standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment
- Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and placing orders when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Experience:




- Previous experience working in the food industry or as a Line Cook is preferred
- Strong knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food safety guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
