HVAC Technician & HVAC Helper

We are looking for reliable and motivated HVAC Technicians and HVAC Helpers to join our team. Our work includes fan coil replacements, heat pumps, HVAC maintenance, service calls, and general mechanical work in condominium high rise buildings.

Main Duties

- Fan coil and heat pump replacement, repair, and maintenance
- HVAC preventive maintenance and inspections
- Troubleshooting and service calls
- Condensate drain cleaning and clearing
- Basic piping, valves, fittings, and mechanical work
- Assist with HVAC installations and equipment replacement
- Maintain clean and secure work areas
- Complete basic service documentation and reports
- Follow company and workplace safety procedures

HVAC Technician

- Previous HVAC or mechanical experience required
- Experience with fan coils and heat pumps is an asset
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Comfortable working independently on service calls
- Ability to use HVAC tools and equipment
- Ability to read basic wiring diagrams and schematics




- Professional when working in occupied residential units
- Valid driver's licence preferred
- HVAC licences/certifications are an asset

HVAC Helper

- HVAC experience is an asset but not required
- Mechanically inclined and willing to learn
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
- Assist technicians with installations, maintenance, and repairs
- Able to lift and move equipment and materials
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Valid driver's licence is an asset
