Parts Counter Person – Deerhaven Powersports

Deerhaven Powersports is a leading retailer of Polaris off-road vehicles and snowmobiles and Princecraft boats, dedicated to providing exceptional service and a wide selection of quality parts and accessories. Our team is passionate about powersports and committed to ensuring our customers have the best experience possible.

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Parts Counter Person to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking parts and accessories for their Polaris off-road vehicles and snowmobiles and Princecraft boats.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in identifying and locating parts and accessories

- Maintain an organized and accurate inventory of parts and accessories.

- Process sales transactions and manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure accurate parts ordering and availability.

- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering recommendations.

- Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers.

Qualifications





- Previous experience in a parts counter or retail environment, preferably in the powersports industry.

- Strong knowledge of powersports parts and accessories is highly desirable.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple tasks.

- Basic computer skills for inventory management and sales transactions.

- A passion for powersports and outdoor activities.

Hours are full time 5 days per week, every other Saturday 8-1 with a day off in lieu.
