Lead Inspire Build

Empire Fitness Global is looking for a strong leader to join our team as Assistant General Manager.

This is not a basic gym position. This is a leadership role for someone who understands operations people management and business growth. The Assistant General Manager works directly with the General Manager to help lead the team maintain high operational standards and deliver an exceptional experience to our members.

At Empire Fitness we believe a outstanding facility is built by great people. We are looking for someone who leads by example takes ownership of their responsibilities and knows how to motivate a team to perform at a high level.

The Assistant General Manager plays a key role in the daily success of the club. You will help manage staff support membership growth maintain strong customer service standards and ensure the facility operates efficiently every day. This role requires someone who is organized confident in decision making and comfortable working in a fast moving workplace.





You will also help develop team members support hiring and training and work closely with leadership to improve overall performance of the club.

The ideal candidate has experience leading teams in a fast paced environment and understands how to balance customer service operations and business performance. Experience in fitness hospitality retail or service leadership is highly valued.

This is a leadership opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a company that values strong work ethic accountability and professionalism.

Annual salary range is $50,000 to $90000 depending on experience with additional performance based incentives.
