Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming setting for all occupants. This role requires a strong commitment to cleanliness and the ability to work independently.

Schedule

Clean 3 offices every weekend and 1 small office monthly. 7 hours weekly plus 2 hours monthly.

The sites are in Parksville and Qualicum.

You may finish much faster depending on experience. The offices are not big.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness in both public and private spaces, ensuring all areas are tidy and well-kept.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify cleaning needs and report any maintenance issues.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively.




- Follow established protocols for waste disposal and recycling.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining a clean and safe environment.
