Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or answering inquiries with clear communication skills
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, especially for technology or specialty items
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card processing, and receipts issuance
- Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract attention and optimize product placement
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions promptly and courteously
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick checkout lines and efficient service flow

Requirements

- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively




- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or technology sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product features clearly and confidently
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Organizational skills to keep the sales floor tidy and stocked according to merchandising standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting merchandise
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service orientation to create positive interactions at all times
- Consumer Electronics Expertise: Solid knowledge of consumer electronics, including smartphones, laptops, audio gear, smart home devices, and related accessories.
- Product Knowledge Transfer: Ability to stay up-to-date on emerging tech trends and translate technical specs into clear, easy-to-understand features for customers.
- Troubleshooting & Demonstrations: Proficient in performing live product demonstrations and assisting customers with basic setup or troubleshooting.

Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
