Responsibilities

- Perform professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workstations to ensure a safe environment for clients
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to client preferences, offering expert advice, and creating personalized experiences
- Promote additional services and retail products through effective upselling techniques to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Assist clients with body waxing services when qualified, ensuring comfort and professionalism throughout the process
- Communicate clearly with clients about treatment options, aftercare instructions,



and product recommendations
- Keep detailed records of treatments performed and client preferences to foster repeat business and build robust relationships

Experience

- Proven experience as a Nail Technician with a strong portfolio of manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements
- Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and understand their needs
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and safety
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key

Pay: $16.00-$32.39 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
