Baker – Crumbl CookiesJob Overview

We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented Bakers to join our Crumbl Cookies team. Bakers are responsible for preparing, baking, decorating, and packaging our signature cookies according to Crumbl’s recipes and quality standards.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in presentation and consistency, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

- Prepare cookie dough, frostings, toppings, and other ingredients according to established recipes.
- Measure, mix, portion, shape, bake, and decorate cookies accurately and consistently.
- Ensure all products meet Crumbl’s standards for quality, appearance, freshness, and portion size.
- Follow daily production schedules and help maintain product availability throughout the shift.
- Package customer orders accurately and present products according to brand standards.
- Follow all food-safety, sanitation, allergen-handling, and workplace-safety procedures.
- Clean and sanitize workstations, baking equipment, utensils, and production areas.
- Receive, organize, rotate, and properly store ingredients and supplies.
- Work collaboratively with managers and team members to maintain an efficient and positive workplace.
- Assist customers and support front-of-house operations when required.




- Complete opening, closing, and other assigned bakery duties.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be bilingual in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management in both languages.
- Previous baking, restaurant, kitchen, or food-service experience is an asset but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Ability to follow recipes, measurements, procedures, and production standards accurately.
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.
- Dependable, punctual, organized, and comfortable working as part of a team.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to bend, reach, and safely lift and carry ingredients, supplies, and equipment as required.
