About the Role

We’re looking for a bubbly, results-driven, and sales-savvy Medical Aesthetician to join our team! This will start as a part-time position, with hours as needed, with strong potential to grow into a full-time role as your client base and treatment bookings grow.

You’ll be responsible for performing a range of non-invasive aesthetic treatments, while also guiding clients towards the services that best fit their skin concerns and goals.

Responsibilities
Perform a variety of aesthetic services including:

- OxyGeneo facials
- Chemical peels
- Laser treatments
- Microneedling
- Classic facials and skin care services
- Conduct skin consultations with a strong focus on client education and treatment planning
- Confidently recommend treatment plans and retail skincare products
- Provide an exceptional client experience from start to finish
- Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and stocked
- Collaborate closely with the entire ZCC team,



including our injector and front desk staff
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Medical Aesthetician
- Diploma in Medical Aesthetics from a recognized institution
- Laser Technician certification (or eligibility to perform laser treatments in Ontario)
- Strong consultative sales skills
- Extremely personable, outgoing, and energetic
- Trustworthy and client-focused with a passion for results-driven skincare
- Comfortable working Saturdays (at least 2 per month) and with variable hours as client bookings grow
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a cooperative team
- Arabic language skills are an asset (but not required)
