As VCrypto expands, we are looking for an Ecosystem Manager to develop relationships across the ecosystem and help participants get maximum value from the platform.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with founders, investors, Web3 teams, developers, operators, and strategic partners.
- Identify high-quality projects, talent, investors, and organizations that can strengthen the VCrypto ecosystem.
- Understand participants’ goals and identify relevant opportunities, matches, and potential collaborations.
- Coordinate warm introductions between projects, investors, talent, and partners.
- Support fundraising, hiring, partnerships, and ecosystem growth initiatives.
- Manage ongoing relationships and follow up on introductions and opportunities.
- Develop new partnerships with Web3 companies, funds, accelerators, and industry participants.




- Work closely with the VCrypto team to improve matching processes and ecosystem strategy.

Experience & Skills

- Experience in Web3, crypto, venture, partnerships, business development, ecosystem growth, or a related field.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Valuable understanding of the Web3 landscape, including startups, investors, protocols, and market participants.
- Ability to recognize valuable connections and turn conversations into actionable opportunities.
- Comfortable managing multiple relationships and initiatives simultaneously.
- Existing network within Web3, venture capital, or technology is a strong advantage.
- Self-driven mindset and ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.

Pay: $37,200.00-$93,600.00 per year
