As a Marketing Project Coordinator you are expected to work in a fast-paced environment and participate in delivering quality work for major brand name companies. Your responsibilities will include supporting the planning, coordination, execution, and reporting of project activities. The ideal candidate needs to be comfortable communicating across multiple levels in a team environment and able to work seamlessly between different clients.

Responsibilities: Here's what you'll be doing.

- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants, including clients
- Communicate production schedules and deadlines
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Coordinate activities, resources, equipment, and information across projects
- Assist in coordinating print, digital and social media campaigns, trade shows, events, etc.
- Assist in creation of online and offline collateral and promotions
- Conduct competitive research and analysis
- Build presentations and marketing assets
- Contact management,



data organization, and file management
- Work on multiple projects and tasks at the same time with minimal direction

Requirements/Qualifications: Here's what you need to have

- Must have exceptional communication skills, written and oral
- Must have great attention to detail, especially for proofreading written material
- Must be very organized and be able to prioritize in an ever-changing setting
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to anticipate client needs
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Asana or similar productivity software, including comfort using AI-powered applications
- Willingness to learn new software and applications as required for assigned tasks
- Comfortable working independently, and as part of a team
- Familiarity with web design, online marketing, and print production
- Intermediate knowledge of social media marketing
- 1-2 years of Project Management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising/Marketing/Business Communications or similar

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
