Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise restaurant staff to ensure efficient food preparation, cooking, serving, and overall restaurant operations.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, handling, and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
- Oversee food service processes, including order accuracy, presentation, and timely delivery to guests.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally.
- Manage daily staffing schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and motivate team members to perform at their best.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with food ordering,



and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed.
- Uphold restaurant policies and procedures while fostering a positive, energetic work environment focused on teamwork and hospitality.

Experience

- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced food service or restaurant setting.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
- Extensive food service experience with a focus on customer satisfaction and hospitality.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling protocols, and health regulations.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Previous restaurant management or supervisory roles preferred but not required; leadership potential is key.
- Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus for versatile team members.
