Independent Tire is presently seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Store Manager.

Responsibilities:

- Overseeing and managing tire services, both in the shop and on the road
- Setting quality standards and maintaining the quality of all shop activities
- Ensuring completion of shop maintenance and repair work
- Addressing customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous, professional manner
- Advising and dispatching technicians of work that must be completed
- Ensuring technicians compliance with company standards regarding quality, safety, and customer service
- Managing the morale in the shop by setting and demonstrating a strong business ethic for dealing with team members, suppliers and customers
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the shop

Qualifications:

- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
- Proven leadership ability,



with a strong focus on operations and business processes
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean abstract
- Basic mechanical aptitude and previous exposure to commercial fleet vehicles
- Well-developed people skills with the ability to interact in a qualified manner with both internal and external customers as well as team members
