- Identify customer needs through active listening and suggest suitable products or services
- Perform sales transactions accurately, including cash handling, POS operations, and basic math calculations
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the store environment is inviting and well-stocked
- Manage time effectively to balance customer interactions with administrative tasks such as inventory checks and documentation
- Utilize robust communication skills to explain product features clearly in multiple languages if applicable




- Follow phone etiquette standards when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve overall store performance

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or related customer-facing roles is highly desirable
- Proven ability to perform product demos and explain technical features in an understandable way
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a significant plus for engaging diverse customer bases
- Experience with merchandising, POS systems, cashiering, or cash handling enhances your effectiveness in this role
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening, are essential for success
- Demonstrated organizational skills and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Technical sales experience involving product knowledge and upselling strategies is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills necessary for transactions and inventory management

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 22.0 – 30.0 per week
