Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting various construction projects by performing essential tasks that contribute to the overall success of our operations. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety on the job site.

Duties

- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Operate hand tools and power tools as directed, following all safety protocols.
- Load and unload materials, ensuring they are stored properly and accessible for use.
- Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers by providing assistance with their tasks.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and project managers to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Maintain equipment and tools in positive working condition through regular cleaning and basic maintenance.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on-site.

Requirements





- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is advantageous.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced workers.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Compliance with safety standards is essential; prior training in safety practices is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00-$33.00 per hour

Education:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

Experience:

- carpentry: 1 year (required)
