Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented janitorial specialist to join our team. The ideal Technician candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors, tables, window trims,garbage disposal and other duties in commercial settings. This role is essential in ensuring a protected and welcoming environment for both employees and visitors. The janitorial technician will utilize specialized equipment and cleaning techniques to achieve high standards of cleanliness.

Duties of janitorial specialist

- Clean and sanitize common areas using approved cleaning products and floor scrubber equipment.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors, carpets, and surfaces to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Empty garbage cans and dispose of waste properly, following recycling and sanitation guidelines.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards (e.g., broken fixtures, leaks, or security concerns) to supervisors promptly.
- Follow daily cleaning schedules and safety protocols to ensure consistent and high-quality service.

Requirements





- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning and use us floor scrubber machines mandatory
- Knowledge of various floor care techniques and equipment operation.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to lift light objects and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must adhere to safety standards and protocols at all times.

Pay: $16.50-$18.00 per hour
