McAze is seeking an Experienced Carpenter to join our renovation and construction team across Toronto and the GTA. You will lead accurate framing, installation, finish carpentry, and repair work in occupied homes and active commercial properties while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship, safety, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, schematics, and construction drawings.
- Perform accurate framing, measuring, layout, installation, finish carpentry, and repair work.
- Construct, install, repair, and maintain walls, floors, ceilings, cabinetry, siding, roofing, and framing.
- Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry, tile, and flooring work as required.
- Install drywall, siding, windows, doors, trim, and other finishing components.
- Complete finishing work including painting, caulking, sealing, and restoration.
- Identify and solve site conditions while maintaining project quality and efficiency.
- Provide accurate measurements and material requirements when assisting with project estimates.
- Work collaboratively with other trades and team members while following all site safety procedures.
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional work areas,



particularly in occupied homes and active commercial properties.

What We Are Looking For

- 5+ years of relevant carpentry or renovation experience.
- Strong framing, installation, finish carpentry, and repair skills.
- Confident reading plans, measuring, laying out, and solving site conditions.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
- Knowledge of concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry, flooring, and related renovation work.
- Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, roofing, siding, and HVAC components is an asset.
- Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Professional conduct and safe work habits.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel to project sites across Toronto and the GTA.
