Crossroads @ Hanwell is looking for enthusiastic team members to help deliver an outstanding experience for our customers while keeping our store clean, stocked, and running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

As a member of our team, you’ll be involved in all aspects of our daily operations, including:

· Providing friendly, professional customer service

· Operating the point-of-sale (POS) system and processing transactions accurately

· Stocking shelves, coolers, and displays to keep the store well merchandised

· Receiving deliveries and verifying inventory

· Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store, both inside and outside

· Assisting with opening, closing, and mid-day operational duties

· Working together with your teammates to ensure an exceptional customer experience

Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset, but we are happy to train the right candidate.

Physical Requirements

This is a physically demanding position and applicants must be able to:

· Lift and carry boxes weighing 30 lbs or more on a regular basis

· Perform repetitive lifting, stocking, bending, reaching, and pushing throughout the shift

· Stand and walk for extended periods

· Work inside refrigerated coolers for extended periods while stocking merchandise

· Work outdoors in all weather conditions when required

Availability

Our store operates 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM, 7 days a week, including all holidays.

Applicants must be available to work opening, mid-day, closing, weekend, and holiday shifts. Flexibility is essential. May not be suitable for students or as a second job.

Additional Requirements

· Must be at least 19 years of age

· Must have reliable personal transportation. Public transit is not available during our operating hours.

· Must be able to travel to and from the store between 5:45 AM and midnight

· Criminal Record Check required
