Job Summary

We’re looking for energetic and friendly Crew Members to join our team at Wendy’s! In this role, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, helping to deliver fast, friendly service and delicious food in a lively environment. Whether you’re taking orders at the counter, preparing food behind the scenes, or keeping everything clean and organized, your enthusiasm and teamwork will make a real difference. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS.
- Prepare food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and safety.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions with precision and honesty.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the restaurant, including kitchen and dining spaces.
- Assist with food handling and storage to meet health regulations and ensure freshness.
- Support upselling efforts by suggesting menu items or combo deals to enhance customer experience.




- Work efficiently during busy hours by managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks.

Skills

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is a plus but not required—training will be provided!
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills to work well with team members and guests.
- Willingness to learn new skills like food preparation techniques or POS system operation.
