Job Description

- Efficiently cleans and inspects dishware before storing.
- Stocks stations according to demand.
- Regularly cleans and sanitizes station
- Maintains cleanliness in all storage spaces
- Understands and maintains chemicals at proper volumes.

Job Requirements

- Experience in a high volume kitchen is an asset
- Attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Food safe certification is an asset
- Must be self driven, and have great communication skills
