Kitchen Helper: Help with day to day operations:
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist cooks and kitchen staff with daily food preparation and cooking activities.
- Wash, peel, cut, chop, and prepare vegetables, herbs, fruits, and other ingredients used in Indian cuisine.
- Help prepare and package customer orders for dine-in, takeout, delivery, and catering.
- Keep workstations, kitchen equipment, and food preparation areas clean and organized.
- Clean and sanitize countertops, cutting boards, sinks, and food preparation areas according to food safety standards.
Past experience working in a commercial kitchen & knowledge of Indian cooking would be an asset.
