Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ skills, interests, and employment history to identify suitable job opportunities
- Develop personalized employment plans that align with clients’ career aspirations and strengths
- Recruit potential employers by establishing and maintaining robust relationships through outreach and networking
- Assist clients in preparing resumes, practicing interview techniques, and developing essential job-search skills
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and development programs to enhance employability




- Support clients through the interview process, providing guidance and feedback to improve success rates
- Track progress of clients post-placement, offering ongoing support and troubleshooting any challenges that arise

Qualifications

- Proven experience in recruiting, teaching, or training roles with a focus on workforce development or employment services
- Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate strengths and areas for growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and employers alike
- Ability to develop innovative training programs tailored to diverse client needs
- Knowledge of labor market trends, employer needs, and community resources is highly desirable
- Demonstrated commitment to empowering individuals through education, coaching, and support

Pay: $49,860.07-$131,409.37 per year
