JOB SUMMARY

We are hiring for an Assembly Operator for a role in Brampton, ON.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As an Assembly Operator, you will play a crucial role in our client’s manufacturing process, responsible for assembling components and products to meet their production targets. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential in ensuring the quality and efficiency of their operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Assemble components and products according to established procedures and specifications.
- Operate various hand tools, power tools, and machinery to complete assembly tasks.
- Perform quality checks and inspections to identify and resolve any issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support a safe and productive environment.




- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

REQUIREMENTS / CERTIFICATIONS

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or assembly role.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

WORKING CONDITIONS

The work setting is a manufacturing facility, and the schedule may involve shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed to meet production demands. Some physical demands include standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and operating machinery.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

WAGE: $18.25 per hour
