Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Prep Cook/Line Cook to join our vibrant kitchen team. In this role, you'll be essential in preparing ingredients, cooking menu items, and supporting smooth kitchen operations. Duties

- Assist with food preparation by chopping, measuring, and organizing ingredients according to recipes and standards.
- Cook and plate dishes efficiently during service hours, maintaining quality and presentation.
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure a clean and safe kitchen workplace.
- Support the team in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station throughout shifts.




- Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or issues.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and excellent guest service.
- Adhere to all health regulations and safety protocols to promote a safe working environment.

Skills

- Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a quick-paced setting.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards learning new skills.
- Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members.
- Basic understanding of restaurant operations and meal preparation processes.

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
