Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience
- Assist customers in selecting products, offering recommendations, and conducting product demos when needed
- Manage sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and processing payments
- Maintain store merchandising standards by organizing shelves, restocking products, and ensuring attractive displays
- Conduct upselling by promoting new or featured products to maximize sales opportunities




- Verify legal age requirements for alcohol purchases and enforce store policies diligently
- Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked to ensure smooth operations during busy hours

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in English
- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred; experience in technology or product demos is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during peak hours
- Basic math skills for cash handling, balancing registers, and processing transactions accurately
- Knowledge of POS systems and retail merchandising practices
- Customer service-oriented attitude with friendly phone etiquette for inquiries or follow-ups
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed; multitasking skills are essential for success

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
