Responsibilities
Engage customers directly on the retail floor and share the benefits of our client's financial product (Credit Cards) in a clear, relatable way
Listen to customers' needs and guide them toward a product that genuinely fits their lifestyle
Become the in-store expert so customers and store staff look to you as the go-to resource
Drive brand awareness, advocacy, and new customer acquisition through meaningful one-on-one conversations
Deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application
Find creative, authentic ways to approach and engage customers throughout the day
Build strong working relationships with store teams across your assigned locations
Handle customer information with professionalism and a high standard of confidentiality
Flex across multiple store locations within your region as business needs require
Requirements
What Makes You a Great Fit
A natural connector who is energized by meeting new people and starting conversations
Comfortable with sales goals and motivated by the challenge of exceeding them
Strong communicator who listens well and adapts your approach to the customer in front of you
Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an asset, not a requirement
Qualified and discreet when working with sensitive customer information
Willing to complete a criminal and credit background check
Eager to grow through ongoing training and feedback
Access to a vehicle or a valid driver's license is helpful but not required
