Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Dishwasher/Kitchen Hand to join our vibrant food service team. Responsibilities

- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen tools using commercial-grade equipment or manual methods.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, sinks, and storage areas to uphold health and safety standards.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, or organizing ingredients under supervision.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service times by ensuring all necessary items are available and ready for use.
- Properly handle food waste and recycling in accordance with environmental policies.
- Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, cleaning chemicals,



and equipment operation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure an efficient workflow and a hygienic kitchen environment.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong understanding of cleaning procedures and food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Positive physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items when necessary.
- Basic knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen hygiene regulations.
- Enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
