As a Budtender/Key Holder you will be focused on creating an exceptional customer experience for our clients.

What does the “Day to Day” Look Like?

- Engaging with customers to understand their needs
- Introducing new Cannabis users to the health benefits of Cannabis
- Building a loyal client base by acquiring new customers, developing the business from existing customers and retaining customers through a personalized approach




- Ensuring the store is well stocked, clean and professionally merchandised
- Keyholder - opening & closing the store
- Complying with all health, safety and regulatory policies set out by the Province and Health Canada

What experience do I need?

- Strong working knowledge of Cannabis
- Successful track record in a retail service/sales environment or hospitality industry
- Exceptional confidence in dealing with a wide variety of customers

What are the “must haves”? **Please do not apply if you do not have these key requirements.

- Must be 19 years or older
- Live in reasonable proximity to our Duncan retail locations
- Must be willing to work days, evenings and weekends
- Access to reliable transportation
- Excellent level of business English
- Ability to pass a criminal background check

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
