General Labourer

Location: Paris, ON
Pay Rate: Starting at $18.00/hour (Overtime after 40 hours)

About the Position

We are looking for dependable and motivated General Labourers to join a growing manufacturing team. This position involves supporting the production process while working in a safe, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.

Successful applicants will receive hands-on training and may be assigned to different production areas depending on current operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble products using pneumatic nail guns and various hand tools.
- Safely operate saws and other production machinery.
- Accurately take and interpret measurements using a tape measure.
- Check completed products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow company health and safety policies and procedures.
- Work effectively with team members to achieve daily production goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum 3–6 months of recent manufacturing or related experience.
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
- Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.




- Strong work ethic with a focus on safety, attendance, and teamwork.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive lifting, bending, and manual labour.
