Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead our store team to success! In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, drive sales growth, and ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. Your leadership will inspire your team to excel in customer service, merchandising, and store management while maintaining a welcoming and organized environment.

Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage all aspects of store operations including merchandising, pricing, inventory control, and visual presentation.
- Oversee payroll, budgeting, and financial recordkeeping to ensure operational efficiency.
- Recruit, interview, train, and develop staff to build a high-performing team.
- Supervise cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and cashiering activities with accuracy.
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional strategies to increase store traffic and sales.
- Maintain excellent communication with staff and customers while fostering a positive team workplace.

Experience

- Proven supervising or management experience in retail sales or store management roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.




- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in negotiation and customer service.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customer bases.
- Experience with merchandising, pricing strategies, and sales management tools such as POS systems.
- Knowledge of payroll processing, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks related to retail operations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on training & development, team supervision, and motivating staff.
